We have managed anything from tiny projects to multi-million pound international development projects. We cover the full life-cycle from initial scoping and Requirements Analysis through to deployment and user support. Our experience covers highly inter-disciplinary teams and both technical and non-technical contributors.

We use methodologies appropriate to each situation, preferring a light touch, Rapid Prototyping and Agile development. However, we are familiar with most methodologies and can use formal approaches such as Prince 2 when required.
